Submit to innovation

Whether you are a scrapbooker, card maker or both, we would love to share your talent with other scrapbooking enthusiasts so please have a look through your albums, or create a whole new layout and let us show your work to our creative community.

Once the editorial team of innovation have planned the contents of future issues we let the scrapbooking community in on what we would like to see. Based on the published themes and the page layouts submitted, we decide which layouts will be included. We may receive more pages than we can possibly publish, and sometimes we may not receive enough submissions to run with an intended theme. Should your work be chosen a contract will be forwarded explaining payment methods, deadlines and copyright issues.

When choosing layout we assess it on;
-Originality
-Techniques
-Design
They are then grouped based on what they contribute to each other; the actual theme and the overall design and flow of the entire magazine. Your layout may not be chosen for inclusion the first time, but please keep submitting - we would love to see your work.

The themes for two upcoming issues will be included with each magazine, so keep on sending in those wonderfully unique memories to share with your fellow scrapbooking enthusiast. Layouts that ooze dimension will be considered for use on our cover.

Submissions can be made by emailing a low-res (no greater than 250kb)

Please don’t send us original artwork unless your submission has been selected for publication.

It is important that all elements are properly adhered to your layout. Although we handle each layout with care, if an embellishment is not properly secure it may become displaced. We recommend double sided tape for paper and a quick drying liquid adhesive for heavy embellishments.

Note:
It is important that layouts submitted are 'Fresh' (not been published before whether in an online gallery, personal blog or another magazine/ezine.) This way we will ensure that our readers are getting value for their dollar. Layouts that have been published before will not be considered for publication in innovation.

Submissions can be sent to this email address.
